Undefined CoS priority request support
Dawnpost accepts email order requests from UK sponsors with a prepared undefined Certificate of Sponsorship allocation priority request. Scope and dates are confirmed before we accept a service order. The proposed pilot would check the approved handover, schedule dispatch for the official opening window, monitor replies and provide a clear record. You or your adviser retain eligibility decisions, the underlying SMS submission and approval of the request.
Start with an email order request. We confirm scope, readiness, dates and terms before accepting an order. No upfront payment or card details required. You can explore the proposed workflow in our fixed-choice demo, which sends no request and stores no information.
Is this the support you need?
This proposal is for a sponsor seeking priority consideration of a prepared undefined CoS allocation request after its licence is in place. It does not cover an initial sponsor licence application, a defined CoS request, assigning a CoS to a worker or a visa application.
The current official guidance requires an A-rated, fully active Worker or Temporary Worker sponsor, a prior SMS request and a request that is not already in progress or allocated to a caseworker. Your sponsor administrator or adviser must confirm the applicable requirements and current status. Read the Home Office eligibility and process guidance, checked 24 September 2026.
If you still need advice on which request to make or its contents, take that to an appropriately regulated adviser. Dawnpost's proposed role is administration, not individual immigration advice or legal representation.
What you would hand over
A future agreed handover would identify one sponsor, one request and the exact approved message and attachments. You would confirm the underlying submission, current eligibility, who can approve changes and who will receive urgent official instructions. You would also confirm that nobody else is sending the same request concurrently.
Dawnpost would check the package against that approval record and arrange the agreed dispatch and monitoring. The pre-dispatch handover checklist shows the proposed checks. Please do not send a package through the current website contact address.
One request, with a clear stopping point
The proposed pilot covers up to ten specified working dates, beginning only after readiness and approval. At most one attempt per agreed date would be authorised. Sending stops on acceptance, cancellation, a relevant change or the end of the window; uncertainty can require an earlier pause.
Customer pauses and missing prerequisites consume the booked dates. There is no automatic extension. If our technical failure misses a date, we record it and offer a replacement only with refreshed authority and eligibility confirmation. This window describes our administration, not a promise of a UKVI decision within ten days.
Direct-employer fee: £249
No VAT is charged on our service fees. The separate government priority fee is currently £350 per request, paid directly by you, according to the official guidance checked 24 September 2026. Adviser firms can read the proposed £149 partner scope.
The service fee would apply only when official priority admission is first received within the agreed window and matching, usable government payment instructions have been verified and promptly handed over. Payment would be by bank transfer directly to HAMEEM LTD after that trigger. Our invoice is due seven calendar days after that trigger; government instructions are never withheld while waiting for our payment. There is no online checkout.
- An unsuccessful pilot has no service fee.
- Cancellation before the fee trigger is free, including later acceptance from an earlier attempt.
- Admission first received after the window is forwarded free during the pilot. In-window admission with later instructions is billable only after prompt usable handover, provided there was no cancellation before the trigger.
- If our error causes an unauthorised or incorrect submission, or a materially unusable handover, we waive or refund our service fee. Once correctly triggered, the fee remains due if you choose not to pay UKVI or miss its deadline after a correct, timely handover.
You can now start an order request. We agree and confirm the scope, working dates, fee and terms in writing before accepting an order.
What the record would establish
Local dispatch, mail-provider acceptance, recipient receipt and official priority acceptance are different events. A send timestamp or provider acknowledgement cannot prove UKVI receipt or admission. Priority admission itself is not CoS allocation approval.
We cannot guarantee a slot, arrival order, allocation or visa outcome. See what a timed email record proves for the evidence distinctions.
