Before acceptance

What happens next

  1. Send your request. Tell us your organisation, business contact details, role and preferred date. Do not attach case documents, sponsor licence numbers, worker information, passwords or payment details.
  2. Agree the work. We review whether we can take it on, agree the scope and working dates, and provide the terms for your approval. A requested date is not a booked date.
  3. Receive written confirmation. A service order exists only after you approve the scope and terms and HAMEEM LTD explicitly accepts in writing. Your initial email does not book a date or authorise a UKVI email.

No priority acceptance. No service fee.

Our fee is due only after UKVI’s priority acceptance first arrives within your agreed window and we check and promptly pass on the matching, usable government payment instructions. You receive those instructions before paying us.

One agreed request covers up to ten specified working dates, with at most one authorised attempt per date. We stop on acceptance, cancellation, a relevant change or the end of the window. Customer pauses and missing prerequisites use booked dates; there is no automatic extension. A replacement for a missed technical day needs refreshed authority and eligibility.

An unsuccessful request has no service fee. Cancellation before both fee-trigger steps is free, including later acceptance of an earlier attempt. If acceptance first arrives after the window closes, no Dawnpost fee is due. If acceptance arrives in the window but matching instructions arrive later, a fee becomes due only after prompt usable handover, provided you have not cancelled before the trigger.

If our error causes an unauthorised or incorrect submission, or makes the handover materially unusable, we waive or refund our service fee. A correctly triggered fee remains due if you choose not to pay UKVI or miss its deadline after a correct, timely handover.

Separate official fee: UKVI currently charges £350 per request, paid directly by you. Check the official guidance. No VAT is charged on Dawnpost’s service fees.

Dawnpost provides administrative support, not immigration advice, and is not affiliated with the Home Office or UKVI. Your sponsor or adviser remains responsible for eligibility, the underlying SMS request and approved content. There is no guarantee of a priority slot, arrival order, CoS allocation or visa outcome.

Payment and practical details

Once the full fee conditions above are met, we invoice for payment by bank transfer to HAMEEM LTD. The invoice is due seven calendar days after that trigger. Our invoice never delays the handover of government payment instructions. No upfront payment or card details are required.

Your initial enquiry

Order-request privacy

HAMEEM LTD, company 11148089, is responsible for the personal information in your order request. We use your business contact details and email contents to review and respond to the request, under our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing or authorise a government submission.

The email links open your own email application. This website does not collect or save the details you enter there. Enquiries are handled by email using Cloudflare forwarding and Google Gmail. These providers also process connection, delivery and security information under their applicable terms; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Their services may involve processing outside the UK.

We restrict request-mail access to authorised handlers. Unaccepted or withdrawn requests are deleted when no longer needed, normally within 90 days of the initial request. A documented complaint, dispute or legal requirement may justify keeping relevant records longer. Provider recovery copies may persist under their own retention arrangements. Accepted service records have separate handling and retention terms agreed before service acceptance.

For privacy questions, or to request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected] or write to HAMEEM LTD, 5 Hickling Close, Luton, United Kingdom, LU2 9SL. Depending on the circumstances, you may also object to or request restriction of processing. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Please do not send case documents, sponsor licence numbers, worker or identity information, passwords, or payment details with your initial request. Any later case handover requires a separately agreed secure process.
