CoS priority request administration for adviser firms

Dawnpost accepts email order requests from adviser firms with prepared undefined CoS allocation priority requests. Scope and dates are confirmed before we accept a service order. The proposed role covers checking an approved handover, timed dispatch, reply monitoring and records. Your firm keeps the client relationship, immigration advice, eligibility decisions and final content approval.

Start with an email order request. We confirm scope, readiness, dates and terms before accepting an order. No upfront payment or card details required. Explore the proposed division of work in our fictional handover demo; it sends nothing and stores no information.

Delegate a defined task

Your firm and sponsor would confirm the underlying SMS request, its current status, the exact message and attachments, and who can approve changes or cancel. You would identify the response owner and backup, and who pays the separate government fee. Before any future order, we would also agree whether your firm or the sponsor is responsible for Dawnpost's invoice.

Dawnpost would check the package against that approval record, arrange authorised dispatch within the official window, monitor the agreed channel and pass on verified responses. Changed instructions, unclear authority or an uncertain prior-send result would pause the work. Nobody should run a concurrent submission process for the same request.

See the handover checklist and responsibility guide to assess what your team would retain.

Repeat work still needs current approval

A recurring relationship would not authorise every future request. Each sponsor and request would need its own approved package, current eligibility confirmation, named contacts and dates. Standing authority would not replace those checks or permit automatic extensions. The proposed arrangement does not include unlimited revisions, immigration advice, CoS assignment, visa representation or guaranteed response coverage beyond the agreed scope.

The IAA practice note, Employers and Educational Bodies section, checked 24 September 2026, distinguishes employer allocation administration from advice or representation on individual matters. It does not constitute approval of Dawnpost.

Adviser-partner fee: £149

No VAT is charged on our service fees. The separate government priority fee is currently £350 per request, paid directly by the customer, according to the Home Office guidance checked 24 September 2026.

One agreed request covers up to ten specified working dates, starting after readiness and approval, with at most one authorised attempt per date. Stop on acceptance, cancellation, relevant change or the window's end. Customer pauses and missing prerequisites consume booked dates. Our missed technical day is recorded as a failure; a replacement requires refreshed authority and eligibility, with no silent extension.

The £149 fee would apply only when official priority admission is first received within that window and matching, usable payment instructions have been verified and promptly handed over. Payment would be by bank transfer directly to HAMEEM LTD after that trigger. Government instructions are never withheld for our invoice, which is due seven calendar days after the fee trigger. There is no online checkout.

You can now start an order request. We agree and confirm the scope, working dates, fee and terms in writing before accepting an order.

Agree what the evidence means

Local dispatch, provider acceptance, recipient receipt and official priority acceptance would be recorded separately. A provider acknowledgement cannot establish UKVI receipt. Priority acceptance does not establish allocation approval. We cannot guarantee a slot, arrival order, allocation or visa outcome. Read what a timed email record proves.

Assess whether the pilot would be useful

A future discovery discussion would establish which task your firm wants to delegate, how often it arises, and whether £149 would be acceptable in principle. We would ask about current staff minutes, expected updates, urgent or weekend cover and the effort your team would still retain. Interest would not create an order or reserve capacity.

The pilot review guide helps distinguish useful support from work that simply moves between teams. For the prepared employer's handover, see undefined CoS priority request support.
